This target was President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Prime Minister
Winston Churchill meeting on a ship in the North Atlantic in August
1941. The student sketched a very good picture of the ship, a
WWII vintage battleship, and the viewer identified two target
persons on the ship. During a deep mind probe of the target persons,
the viewer found that they were planning an important battle.
Note the helicopter in the viewer's drawing. This viewer did not
claim to actually perceive a helicopter (there were no helicopters
at that time), but rather drew this in the picture to capture
the idea of "rescue" that was associated with the target.
Indeed, the subject of the conversation between FDR and Churchill
was the rescue of Britain and Europe.
